Hamsa Saeed Johar Juma is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC-ICF) with over 30 years of experience across Bahrain’s public and private sectors, including senior roles at the Central Bank of Bahrain and the Institute of Public Administration.
As the founder of Hamsa Coaching Consultancy, she is the first Bahraini coach to introduce and promote coaching in Arabic, empowering individuals through self-awareness, growth and stronger relationships in both life and corporate spaces.
Hamsa has led impactful coaching projects in Bahrain and beyond—including in Kenya, Zimbabwe, KSA and the UAE. She is also the author of “Closed Doors”, a powerful invitation to open our inner selves to change and transformation.
