Dr. Sahar Jawad is an Executive Consultant, Strategy Management Expert and PMO Director with over 15 years of experience leading strategic initiatives, large-scale projects and transformation programs across government and private sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Holding a Ph.D. in Project and Engineering Management from the University of Limerick, Ireland, and a Master’s in Technology Management from the Arabian Gulf University, Bahrain, she specializes in strategic planning, project management, innovation and governance frameworks. Her expertise has significantly contributed to Saudi Arabia’s national transformation programs, ensuring alignment with Vision 2030.
