Participation in WEF events worldwide and engagement with our community is governed by the following guidelines and Code of Conduct. Aligned with WEF values, this Code of Conduct is to be followed by all in both letter and spirit:

1. Uphold WEF Values: Maintain a commitment to no negativity, a positive spirit, non-egoism, respectful exchange, integrity, authenticity, gratitude, generosity, honesty, humility, compassion, non-violence, helpfulness, kindness, wisdom, sisterhood, inclusion, and inspiration.

2. Promote Positivity: Foster a global family of women as 'Sisters Beyond Borders' to support one another in building enlightened exchanges and economic energy; through strong bonds, endeavors, and collaborations for 'Business Beyond Borders'.

3. Mutual Respect: Ensure all expressions and interactions are mutually respectful. Avoid and discourage nastiness, gossip, and slander. Exercise restraint, discernment, and personal responsibility in all interactions. Treat others with the etiquette, sincerity, and respect you would expect in return.

4. Embrace Diversity: As a constantly expanding community of diverse cultural backgrounds, approach new and unfamiliar contexts with openness, a willingness to learn, and understanding.

5. Avoid Negativity: Shun egoistic, adversarial, aggressive, and judgmental attitudes that hinder authentic connections and constructive collaboration.

6. Resolve Conflicts Amicably: Address any situation of stress, disagreement, or confrontation with generous gestures of care and compassion, striving toward amicable resolution.

7. Non-Religious, Non-Political: Remain non-religious, non-political, and non-dogmatic. Avoid advocating for or criticizing political parties or leaders, or persuading others toward any religion or belief system.

8. Zero Tolerance Policies:

   • Strictly prohibit hate speech and proselytizing.

   • Enforce a zero tolerance policy toward slander and calumny.

   • Uphold a zero tolerance policy toward sexual harassment.

9. Guard Against Vested Interests: Be vigilant toward vested interests that could undermine our space of integrity, trust, and togetherness. Each member must act as a custodian, exemplar, and guardian of WEF values and uphold the prestige of the platform.

10. Inclusion and Differences: While efforts are made to include everyone in our World Wide Web of Soul Sisters, irreconcilable differences and/or violations of this Code of Conduct will necessitate a peaceful parting of ways.
